🔥 WHAT A START TO OUR 6-WEEK WOMEN-ONLY SELF-DEFENCE COURSE! 🔥

We couldn’t be prouder of all the amazing ladies who stepped through the doors last night and started their self-defence journey with us! 💪❤️

For some, it was their very first experience of self-defence training, but everyone got involved, pushed themselves and brought fantastic energy to the session.

A massive well done to our female instructors Kamila & Danni, who are leading the course and creating a supportive, welcoming environment where every woman can learn, develop and build confidence at her own pace. 👊

This course isn’t about becoming a fighter.

It’s about becoming more aware, more confident and better prepared. Learning practical skills that could make a real difference when it matters most.

And this was only Week 1… 🔥

We can’t wait to see how much this group develops over the next six weeks!
