Dinner time!!
So we have here 200g chicken with 100g (when uncooked) basmati rice with 30ml hoisen sauce.
Its alot of food! This goes to show that you dont need to starve to lose weight.
The macros for the entire meal:
Carbs: 48g
Fats: 7g
Protien: 55g
The total calories are 480cals.
So less than my breakfast in calories!!!
This is what I eat every night. Food is fuel for the body, so ending the day with a high protiem meal help my body feel full for the night and helps with growth and repair.
