Dinner time!!

So we have here 200g chicken with 100g (when uncooked) basmati rice with 30ml hoisen sauce.

Its alot of food! This goes to show that you dont need to starve to lose weight.

The macros for the entire meal:
Carbs: 48g
Fats: 7g
Protien: 55g

The total calories are 480cals.

So less than my breakfast in calories!!!

This is what I eat every night. Food is fuel for the body, so ending the day with a high protiem meal help my body feel full for the night and helps with growth and repair.

This is the breakfast I love!

150g Asda Tropical Granola
200ml Semi-Skimmed milk

So not starving or wishing I could eat more.

But in this there are:
107g Carbohydrates
25g Fats
22g Protein.

This makes up 757calories!

Eating this breakfast every day gives my body the energy I need.

On May 24th, 2026, 8 incredible people stepped up and took on the Deadlift Challenge 💪🔥

Every single person gave it everything they had — and some even surprised themselves with what they were capable of!

What made it even more inspiring? Several of our lifters were stepping up to the bar for the very first time. Never having deadlifted before, they still showed courage, determination, and serious heart 👏

Watching everyone push themselves, support each other, and celebrate every lift was an amazing sight to see.

Be honest… who here treats the cool down like the “skip intro” button on Netflix? 🙋‍♀️

If that’s you, this is your intervention!

Your cool down is basically the “save your progress” button for your body. It does 3 things flopping on the gym floor can’t:

1. Chills your heart rate → so you don’t get that dizzy “whoa” moment in the changing room
2. Flushes the junk out → less “why do stairs hurt” DOMS tomorrow
3. Keeps the mobility you just earned → because what’s the point training for range if you lose it 5 mins later?

Takes 3 minutes. Future you will high-five present you.

So spill — are you Team Cool Down or Team Dash-to-the-Car?
