I’m looking for 4 people per group to train at least once a week.

I’ll be starting a men’s group and a women’s group.

We’ll train weekly and you’ll be given a plan of what to do between sessions, including:

- what training/exercise to do, and how much

- what to eat, when and how

- rest and recovery guidance to ensure better results

- lifestyle coaching to make sure everything is moving you towards your goal and you’re not just undoing all of your hard work when you exit the gym

- the support of your group and Coach (Me)
