A Sunday well spent at as part of the Midlands Ladies Touch League! 🏉

A few debuts for some of the girls, a brilliant day of touch and, most importantly, plenty of support from everyone involved.

Ellie took home Best Player for the Falcons, and the team were awarded Spirit of the Games — which honestly sums our girls up perfectly. They don’t stop smiling, they support each other, and they turn up every single week ready to learn, play and give it a go.

A huge thank you to Coach Rory, who has taken a group of ladies who knew absolutely nothing about touch rugby and, in just seven months, created a team that Ty and Ash could only have dreamed of having back in February. The progress has been incredible to watch.

And another massive thank you to Haydn, Lys and Phil, who continue to support the ladies, step in when Rory isn’t available and are some of their biggest cheerleaders.

We’re incredibly proud of this group and everything they’re building together - this is just the start.

Good luck to our Forest Falcons Ladies today!

Today they take on the Midlands Ladies Touch League in Ross-on-Wye — a brilliant opportunity to put everything they've been working on since February into practice.

It's been a lot of training, learning and hard work, and we're excited to see the Falcons Ladies out there representing the club.

Good luck girls, go and enjoy it. We're all so proud of you!

Tomorrow sees a collaboration between the Falcons and the brilliant Corsham Touch Rugby as we head to N&B Touch Rugby ’s Touch & C***r Festival! 🏉🍎

An exciting one for us as two relatively new teams come together, put everything we've been working on in training into practice and, importantly, sample some local c***r along the way. 😂

Looking forward to a great day of rugby, meeting some new people and seeing what we can do together.

Bring on the c***r! 🏉🍻

💨 £200 from You've Been Framed incoming...

Last night's training deserves a post of its own 😂

Safe to say it was a little windy at Dockham Road. Captain thought he'd pulled off a great shot throwing his jumper, but the wind had very different plans.

24 hours, one storm and the jumper is still up there. 😂

Apparently it's now waiting for the maintenance team to rescue it this week.

A pretty big week for the Falcons! 🏉💛

It started with a great mixed drills and social game on Wednesday, with Haydn and Phil picking up this week's Kiwis for their support, patience, enthusiasm and, of course, throwing themselves around the pitch 😂

Then onto the weekend, where our amazing Boe represented U14s at the England Junior Touch Rugby Nationals in Nottingham — and her team made it all the way to the final! 🤯👏

Huge congratulations, Boe. We're so proud of you!

Another first for the Falcons saw Ty head to Nationals too, this time taking on her first refereeing role and putting her bursary course into practice.

A massive thank you to everyone involved in such a brilliantly organised event. Despite the torrential rain, it was an absolute success.

And a special thank you to the England Touch referees for supporting Ty throughout the weekend and sharing so much knowledge for her to bring back to the Falcons.

Plenty to be proud of this week! 💛🏉.

A brilliant weekend down at Truro Trojans Touch 🏉

A great group of teams, some really good games and a cracking social to round off the weekend.

Huge thanks to all the organisers for putting on such a great tournament and making us feel so welcome.

Looking forward to seeing plenty of these teams again in a couple of months for the South West Series!

Until then a lovely 3hr drive back to the Forest 👋🏉

This week's Kiwi winners! 🏉

Huge congratulations to Marcus and Cat, who both put in an absolute shift at training on Wednesday. Both were dancing around the pitch with quick feet, sharp changes of pace and some fast movement. 👏

Another great session all round, even if the ladies were put through a fitness test during their session... thanks Rory. 😂

No drills this Sunday as the team are heading down to Truro for the Summer Festival — with rumours of sea, pasties and Rattler being involved. 👀🍺
