This is me, and this is the heart behind Catalyst.
Starting a business asks you to be brave.
You pour your heart, your training, your time and your energy into something you believe in, hoping it reaches the people it’s meant for. And even when things are going well, those little moments of doubt still show up — especially when you’re juggling work, life and motherhood.
I’m learning that the people who feel supported by this way of moving are the people I’m here for.
So this is who I am, and this is what you can expect in my classes:
✨ Thoughtful, intentional planning
Every session is designed with purpose — building endurance, mobility, stability and strength in a way that supports real, sustainable progress.
✨ Form, control and breath first
It’s not about speed or turning Pilates into cardio. It’s about moving well, moving with awareness, and building strength that lasts beyond the class.
✨ Challenging but supportive
You’ll work — but safely, clearly and with someone who genuinely wants you to feel better in your body. I’ll encourage you, always with care and intention.
✨ Adaptability at the center
I trained with APPI because their method adapts movement to the person in front of you. As a mum navigating my own health journey I’ve had to learn to choose movement that supports my energy and wellbeing.
✨ Qualified and continually growing
I’m certified in APPI Matwork and currently expanding my expertise with a Women’s Health certification — including ante and postnatal Pilates, pelvic floor health and menopause support (so keep an eye on new classes/courses coming soon).
I’m also training in Neuro Pilates, supporting people living with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s and stroke recovery. I’m committed to learning, growing and bringing that knowledge back to my clients.
This is the work I love, and I’m proud to share it with this amazing community.
