2015 we cycled across the USA on the Southern Tier Rou

2017 we cycled South Korea and Japan - Mileage 2265

2019 we cycled Mexico and some of Route 66 in the USA - Mileage 3623

Holiday Monday ride out for breakfast at The Crown Inn, Finglesham. I rode my Rans Stratus XP, Mark rode his Maxayra Ray 2 E-assist. I am very unfit on a non electric assisted bike, and I'm painfully slow, therefore we were totally incompatible to ride together but I wanted to burn the calories off 😂 🥓🍳👨‍🍳🍞🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

A ride out to the Port of Dover to see the Nao Victoria a replica of the first ship to sail around the world. A bit of history - over 500 years ago in 1519 an expedition of 5 ships with a total of 243 men aboard left Spain with the goal of sailing around the world. Three years later in 1522 only one ship with 18 men aboard returned.
This replica built in 1991 has also sailed around the world between 2004 and 2006 covering 26,000 nautical miles and visiting 17 countries

A ride out to Floc Brewery, Canterbury 🍻 the long way round from our daughters house where we were house and pet sitting. We rode through some very pretty Kent villages we’ve not seen before, up and down some incredibly steep hills, and followed the River Stour in towards Canterbury. The brewery was excellent, we had a small beer each, and shared a handmade pizza. Mileage 27 🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🍕🍻🌞🏞️

One of the boys had a UK vehicle number plate strapped to his rear rack, a roadside souvenir find for him. Vehicle number plates make a great souvenir for your shed or garage wall, we have some USA ones. Does anyone else collect them as souvenirs from their tours?
