Good evening, Here's our latest catch report from the Admiralty pier.

Congratulations to Anthony Hanson on winning August biggest fish of the month competition With a Smooth-hound weighing 9lbs 10oz

We had a very rare visitor to our shoreline a couple of days ago a massive turtle 🐢 it was over 6 foot
In length we have a little bit of video footage in the comments section.

Good afternoon, Here's our latest catch report from the Admiralty pier.

Congratulations John White on winning July's biggest fish of the month competition With this magnificent Smooth-hound weighing 14lbs 13oz.

Spider crab 🦀 is the main bait to use at the moment as they are peeling locally especially when targeting Smooth-hounds.

Tactics when targeting bass our members fish over the high tide period with a 5 to 6ft flowing hook length and 8oz to 10oz grip leads are best to use with the fast tides best baits to use are whole fish ie mackerel - pouting - squid.

We have seen a few mackerel showing over the low water period they are not in big numbers the minimum size limit is 30cm.

Good evening, Here's our latest catch report over the last couple of days.

William Jones is leading this month's biggest fish competition with a Smooth-hound weighing 7lbs 12oz using hardback crab he also caught a 6lbs 8oz Conger eel using fresh Pout.

David Hutchinson had a good session targeting bass catching one of 4lbs and a new pb weighing 5lbs 14oz using mackerel for bait.
He also landed a couple of Smooth-hounds to frozen Spider crabs 🦀

Good morning, Here's our latest catch report from the Admiralty pier.

Firstly we would like to congratulate Mark fasey on winning June's biggest fish of the month competition With this conger eel weighing 15lbs 12oz.

Over the last couple of days we have seen a few more mackerel making an appearance now that the may w**d has started to clear.
Most of the mackerel have been caught over the low water period.

The Spider crabs have started peeling now so not too many anglers losing their hooks or baits being stripped within minutes.
Giving you a better chance when targeting the Smooth-hounds.
Top baits this week have been Spider peelers.
