Animal Flow is a fantastic all round fitness practice, with many options & levels so everyone can progress as their own speed - you'll have a great workout from day 1. Imagine parkour meets callisthenics meets gymnastics meets yoga meets street dance. A mix of form specific stretching, dynamic multi planar moves, mobility work and HIIT. It complements all your other training; whether you run, prac

tice yoga, lift weights, train CrossFit, practice martial arts, box etc. and whatever your level of fitness, you can improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility and coordination. You’ll benefit most from this all round body-weight training if you already take part in some form of regular exercise and are happy to work on the ground and on all fours, preferably with bare feet. ABOUT ME:

I’m Paula Lain (AKA Panda!), and I’m an Animal Flow Coach, Exercise to Music Instructor and Targeted (Yoga) Stretching Tutor. My teaching style combines my professional skills with knowledge and experience gained from my own 40+years of training across disciplines such as Weightlifting, CrossFit, Ballet and Yoga. I focus on helping my students develop strength, mobility, flexibility, spatial awareness and fitness so that they might embrace a more physical lifestyle that is enjoyable, liberating and purposeful. My aim is to help people build confidence, feel empowered, be healthy and happy.

Team Flowists, I am really sorry but I’m having to put coaching on pause for a couple of months while I focus on getting myself back to top form - I have gluteous tendonopathy which means there are specific flow moves that exacerbate the issue.

Thanks so much for understanding - I will so miss our sessions 😭 but be back soon!🐼xx
