Get Fit Be Strong Personal training and group training in and around Oxfordshire and Berkshire. We also offer online coaching and training programmes.

With sessions in Oxfordshire and Berkshire, near Didcot, including Blewbury and Goring.At each session you can push as hard as you choose. The other group training members and I will be there to help motivate you along the way so you get the most out of your training. Being focused on your goals is essential in achieving them. t personal training provides.Working with you around your day to day life to ensure you stay on track and work hard to get you want.Face to face personal training is conducted at The Unit, near Didcot, a private gym where you can focus, train alone or with friends. Life is great and life is busy but we want to be able to take control of our own and make it work for us.

This is to simply show everything you see on social media isn’t “real” everyday life.

Bodies change everyday, even throughout the day.

I just so happened to pick two very different days and times this week to take some photos.

This is:
- Relaxed vs tense
- Bad light vs good light
- No filter vs filter
- Wake up vs post workout
- Holding a bit of water vs slightly dehydrated

Just be realistic with your self and aware how your body changes over the day, week or month (let alone year)

Do you need whey?

You don’t need it, but it may be helpful for you to reach your daily protein intake target.

It also doesn’t have to be whey; it could be another protein supplement if you prefer.

If you find it convenient to mix a few scoops in with porridge, smoothies or just as a supplement to a meal then use it.

If you struggle to reach your protein target through your regular food then consider adding a shake in here and there.

It’s not essential, it is cheap compared to other protein sources and some taste better than others.

No need for some special diet/lean/fit/ whatever marketing word they add on version; just plain old whey protein is fine.

See how your gut reacts (gas reaction 💨)

And try it if you fancy it.
