I'm excited share that in addition to being a midwife, IBCLC and yoga teacher, I am now offering holistic massage treatments at the Ultimate Touch Beauty in Wymondham. I would love it if you would give me a follow as I begin this new chapter.

I have always been interested in Holistic health and wellness. 16 years ago I found yoga- which I still love. Last year I decided to follow a long held dream- to train to be a massage therapist, in order to widen my skills for holistic health. I completed my ITEC level 3 massage qualification with distinction in April.

I believe I offer a gentle, nurturing approach and enjoy helping people experience the benefits to mind and body that massage can bring.

Yoga retreat and gong bath day! We are ready to energise, release and relax and have some fun. Next retreat day with gong bath is Saturday 4th May- message to book!

We warmly invite you to join us for a morning of blissful relaxation, yoga & meditation as we 'find our comfort within'.

The morning will be centered around finding calmness through our yoga flow practice, breathing into our restorative relaxation, gentle yin yoga, & then leading into to a beautiful yoga nidra to bring the morning to a restful close.

Tea, coffee, herbal teas, hot chocolate & comforting treats will be shared mid morning🤗
