My brother and nephew are preparing for their 1st Dan test next month, and seeing them on this journey brings back so many memories.

When I was younger, my brother and sister spent countless hours driving me to classes, competitions and events so I could pursue my passion for martial arts. They gave up their time without ever asking for anything in return.

All these years later, it's a privilege to be part of their own martial arts journeys. Watching them grow in confidence, skill and character has been one of the most rewarding parts of running our school.
Best of luck to both of them as they continue preparing for next month's test. No matter the outcome, I'm incredibly proud of the dedication and effort they've shown along the way.

We're a little behind on our student of the month awards so we have two this month.

🥋 Seniors have been working hard preparing for the upcoming grading 🥋 two 2nd Dan candidates and two 1st Dan candidates.
Don't forget our pre-Dan workshop Sunday 10am - 1pm

We have our youngest member Theo and his grandmother and a few teenagers all working on the same technique. Age isnt a barrier, ability isn't a barrier, all on different parts of their journey but all getting involved and trying 🥋🥷 great work 👏
