Our 25/26 season ended with our 76th AGM held at Yaxham village hall on the 12th May and it was great to see such a good turnout with 20+ members in attendance. Trophies were awarded by our president Dave Attridge ,to some of our League winners namely Gt Dunham C who won the 3rd division, in their second season in the league and Yaxham B who won the handicap cup. Medals were also given out to winners and runners up from our annual championships for those that couldn’t stay to collect them.
Our seasons winners: -
Div 1 - The Mission, Div 1 cup – The Mission and congratulations to Robin Thaxter for a 100%-win rate this season.
Div 2 - Yaxham A, Div 2 cup - Dereham C
Div 3- Gt Dunham C, Div 3 cup – The Townshend club.
Handicap cup - Yaxham B.

Thanks to all those that participated and helped out at our annual championships held at the Dereham Leisure centre on Saturday, particularly the officials who coped very well with the 32 entries and number of games that needed playing within the time scale. The results are:-
Handicap singles winner: - Mason Anema-Moran, runner up Mark Waity.
Super Vets’ winner: - Paul Brown, runner up Paul Pegg.
Vets’ winner: - Steven Barrett, runner up Robin Thaxter.
Div 1 singles winner: - Robin Thaxter, runner up Will Bussey.
Div 1 doubles winner: - Robin Thaxter/Paul Brown, runner up Dan Milburn/Paul Baudinet.
Div 2 singles winner: - Dave Attridge, runner up Mark Bishop.
Div 2 doubles winner: - Dave Attridge/Adrian Cox, runner up Phil Barber/Tony Park.
Div 3 singles winner: - Sam Holt, runner up Mason Anema-Moran.
Div 3 doubles winner: - Mason Anema-Moran/Dominic Elrington, runner up Gareth Brock/Sam Holt.
Ladies’ singles winner: - Agnes Jarzynska, runner up Sarah Hales.

Just a reminder that our open social session is closed this Saturday 18th April due to our annual championships being held, our championship matches will start prompet at 10am and we have 32 entrants across the various categories.

Don't forget if you haven't entered our annual championship event on the 18th April there is still time as the closing date is the 4th April so get your entries in online via the DDTTL website. Please also note we are not open for our Saturday social at Easter on the 4th April so only 2 more Saturday sessions before our championships.
