PREHAB V REHAB 🤔👀

What is it?
Pre-habilitation is the prevention side of things. Creating an exercise programme that reduces the risk of any future injuries that may occur and being proactive when it comes to improving performance in strength, stability, mobility, balance etc.
Rehabilitation on the other hand is rebuilding those foundations and aiming to return back to normality and full function following an injury/surgery that’s happened.

I love helping those who are in need of either prehab or rehab, it’s very important to understand why we do the things we do during exercise. Very good example is glute activation for knee injuries! Any questions pop me a message 💪🏼

3 Reasons why I love coaching! ❤️

1) I get to meet and interact with various different people every day. My clients mean a lot to me and building that relationship with them is a great feeling.

2) When clients see their own progression whether that be physically or mentally and realising how far they’ve come. Remember always look back to when you first started!

3) Helping clients achieve and change their lifestyle for a happier and healthier one is always rewarding to see. Remember sometimes it’s the small things that make a big difference!
