Twisted Funky Fortnight is coming to a close and the new term timetable drops 3rd September, three membership tiers, loads of classes, and a squad that will have your back from week one.

Whether you’re after Drill², Sit Down & Slay, or you fancy channelling your inner Carnival queen, there’s a class with your name on it.

10:00 — Golden Groovers (making a comeback)
Low impact, feel good movement. Seated or standing, your choice. Perfect for easing in and still getting that endorphin hit.

11:00 — Drill²
Our signature high energy dance fitness. Sharp choreography, big beats, full body results.

12:00 — Twisted Encore
BRAND NEW. Musical theatre inspired dance fitness. Jazz hands optional, big energy essential. Think Broadway meets sassy bootcamp.
