Daisy headed off to her new home today ❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who shared her post and enquired about her to help us find the perfect family for her.

We already miss this little face looking across the yard but are so happy for Daisy and wish her new family all the best with this special girl 🦄

Tentatively looking for a new 🏠 for Daisy
Lead rein / happy hacker / companion

Earlier this year we crossed paths with a little cob mare with no name and nowhere to call home 💔
Now known as Daisy, she is 20yrs old and approx 13.2hh
The most quiet and gentle nature you will come across. I bought her with the intention of joining our riding school and although she is really suitable for this job we feel that she deserves a quieter life with one family.
She is very sweet, loves to be groomed and pampered. Totally bombproof to hack, happy riding around the fields and equally content pottering around on the lead rein.
Her ideal home would be as a first pony, happy hacker, companion etc.

Daisy is sound, healthy and very low maintenance. Her only additional requirement is to have some mash included in her diet as her teeth have been poorly maintained although this doesn’t cause her any issues and she still manages grass and haylage very well.

An experienced, loving home is an absolute must.

Golden Korona on her way to a top 10 finish in the 1m at our first show together this year Portmore Spring Championships ✨

She wouldn’t normally be a huge fan of solid white fillers, but excitement to be back out doing her favourite thing overruled on this occasion! So this photo is now my screensaver for confidence next time 🚀

It was the turn of our beginner and novice riders today and I managed to forget to take a photo of either group 🤦‍♀️ but did manage to capture Ellie and Eleana, two of our youngest riders, enjoying some pony games 🥰

This week we hosted 40 young riders across our camps and that is equally brilliant and overwhelming at the same time. These have grown to become such a big part of what we do.

Well done to all of todays campers, despite the cold I think our pony ‘egg and spoon’ obstacle course was a firm favourite ⭐️
And huge thanks to Bella, Rachel, Aoife and Melanie for all their help throughout the day.

Next up…summer camps! ☀️

A busy day at Easter camp with our intermediate riders focusing on all things jumping 💫

They worked together to design their own course and then had the chance to give it a go themselves with some of their favourite ponies 🥰 everyone worked really hard to get the most out of their time both in the saddle and on the ground today and have hopefully picked up some new skills that they can take forward 💪

First Pony Club Assessment Night Complete ✅

Over the last few months we have been working towards our first Pony Club tests.
Tonight 16 members were assessed with a mixture of E and D Tests and I am delighted to say that all 16 of them passed 🎉
I am super proud of each of these riders for these results but particularly tonight as they were faced with less than ideal weather conditions (as you will see in the photos ☔️) in which to tackle their assessments.

Huge thanks to Christine Knox for assessing our riders and giving such positive and encouraging feedback.
Thanks also to Bella for preparing ponies and keeping things running smoothly in the yard throughout the evening.

Well done everyone, this is a huge step on an exciting pathway of Pony Club achievements 🥳
