Made my return to the short circuits on Easter Monday at kirkistown, some brilliant racing throughout the day running top 3 in the supersport cup B race.

This year is all about enjoyment and building up my track time and also equipment in our team to make the job easier.

Thanks to M&M groundwork’s for supplying me with a van for the season and tyres.
Thanks to Kieran Sommerville for giving me a caravan to get staying at each meeting it’s a great advantage waking up at the circuit with everything sitting ready the night before race day. Thanks to Phil Carson and Geordie Turkington for helping in the pits and of course team manager Dad.

Back out next weekend at bishopscourt a place I’ve always struggled to gel with but hoping to turn that around this season.

First proper run out on the MPR production twin today at Kirkistown, the craic was mighty with our crew and a brilliant days racing today.

Qualified in 4th position, made lots of mistakes in race one giving myself a fair bit of work to do to catch up again , I managed to get back to 4th place which was great for my first time racing this bike.

Race two I tried my absolute best and made a lot less mistakes and was rewarded with a 2nd place finish, going off the lap times we are not far away from race wins- just keep the heed down 🤟🏻

Unfortunately I’ll not be riding the Team Wood GSXR 600 this weekend at Kirky due to some mechanical issues.

Gutted to not have both bikes out at this meeting but that’s racing I suppose!
