Well done to everyone who took part in, got people to & helped organise yesterday’s National championships in Watford.

It was a cracking day of martial art skills & dedication, but also a day of reflection, as it marked the fourth anniversary of the passing of our Chief Instructor, President of the UKTSDF & the ITSDF + my instructor for over thirty years, the late, great Grandmaster Kang Uk Lee.

Grandmaster Lee was instrumental in the development & global success of Tang Soo Do, with his uncompromising dedication to the Art inspiring generations of students across the globe.

None of us would have been in there yesterday if it had not been for the Grandmaster’s teachings & guidance – I would hope he would have been proud of the legacy he has left for us all.
