We’re delighted to announce the squad for the U20 Women’s European Water Polo Championships 🤽‍♀️🏆

📍 Oeiras, Portugal (near Lisbon)
📅 1–7 August 2026

Great Britain will compete in Group E, facing Ireland and Czechia, before progressing to the crossover phases based on group results.

This initial group of 16 athletes will later be confirmed as 14 travelling athletes, with two non‑travelling reserves, ahead of the championships later this summer.

After recent rain, remember to empty and turn over garden water containers.

Water butts, troughs, and barrels can be dangerous for young children; a risk that’s often overlooked.

Children can drown in as little as 5cm (2 inches) of water - enough to cover a child’s mouth and nose.

Small changes can save a life. 💙
