2 days. Countless undulations. Lots of butterfly legs… and hopefully still enough energy left to walk today πŸ˜…πŸ¬

Well done to all swimmers who joined our Butterfly Clinics this half term! Your focus, effort and determination in every drill was brilliant to see.

Remember:
✨ Strong undulations create rhythm and speed
✨ Pre-pool warm up matters β€” mobility and activation help flexibility, body position and injury prevention
✨ Great butterfly starts before you even get in the water!

Keep practicing those dolphin movements… even if it means undulating through the supermarket aisles πŸ πŸ’™
