Thank you all for such a beautiful soft launch, really couldn’t have asked for a better bunch!
we are going into our final week and then we will be back for September for full opening.

From September we will have the lovely & joining us , for Sunday reset with Michaela & Vinyasa yoga on a Wednesday morning with Courteney.
will still be with you for Vinyasa on a Monday & also now Friday, you are all in very good hands 😍

I will be here for your strength series, Pilates foundations and reformer needs . 🤍

I have purposely left a few gaps in timetable as I have some exciting bits to come very soon 👀
We are beyond grateful that you choose to spend an hour a week with us and we can not wait to welcome you in the ‘ber’ months 🍂

If you have ever felt nervous starting & walking into an already established group, I feel you! we have all been there!
Then this is for you, every single person will be brand new to the studio just like you!
You may find you love Pilates or it may not be for you, and that’s ok! ( we also have yoga 🫣)
we are here to support and guide you through every step of the way and cheer you on through every progression!
