Grip socks are IMPORTANT and need to be worn. 3d Health & Fitness Corby will be selling them at a discounted rate of £10 per pair throughout August. So if you need a pair grab a pair before they are all gone’

Meet…Laura a mat and reformer Pilates instructor who discovered Pilates in her 40s and was instantly hooked by how much stronger it made her feel, both physically and mentally. Passionate about sharing those benefits with others, she creates welcoming classes where everyone feels supported, moves at their own pace and leaves feeling a little stronger than when they arrived.
When she’s not in the studio, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, walking her dogs & planning her next adventure!

Laura will be teaching classes with us on a Wednesday and Saturday 😀🙂
