Another lovely morning of Pilates at the beautiful Whiterocks Beach 🩷☀️

We were so lucky with the weather, and so many of you even braved a dip in the sea! 🌊🥰

The beach and weather conditions are looking good for this Sunday, so we’re back for another Pop-Up Beach Pilates class! ☀️🌊

Join me for a 50-minute Pilates class overlooking the sea, focusing on strength, mobility and mindful movement in a relaxed outdoor setting. Suitable for all levels, whether you’re brand new to Pilates or already enjoy it.
