Too hot to ride? Our cool old stone tack shop is calling… ☀️

When the weather is like this, riding isn’t always the best option — but a trip to the tack shop definitely is!

Our shop is tucked inside a beautiful old, thick-walled stone building, part of the original coaching yard to the hotel near Hay-on-Wye, and it stays wonderfully cool even on the hottest days.

So if riding is off the cards in this heat, pop in for a browse, enjoy the cool, and stock up on summer essentials for horse and rider.

We have lightweight summer riding clothes, UPF sun-protective layers, vented riding hats, riding gloves, boots, fly protection, grooming products, supplements, saddles and plenty more in store.
