Eeeeeeek! They’ve finally arrived! Behind the scenes, I’ve been carefully designing some grip socks 🧦 specifically engineered with Physiotherapy insight for mat Pilates. Here’s a sneak peak at my new “Grip & Glide” range.

The sole on this particular range is designed to provide grip where you need it and glide where you want it. These are hopefully the first of many new designs for your matwork essential. Our reformer range will follow 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

New daytime class availability just opened up ✨

My next Pilates block starts week commencing 1st June, and bookings are now open! This is a 7-week block taking us right up to the summer holidays, perfect timing to get started or get back into your routine 💪

Classes are mixed ability, so whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced, you are very welcome to join.

My 1:1 clients are often unintentionally hidden from the spotlight. Well not today. Here are a few snaps of one lovely lady who I’ve had the pleasure of teaching for over 12 months now. Carol first approached me following a total hip replacement (THR) and what a long way she’s come.

Carol has shown consistent dedication, gradually rebuilding strength, improving her mobility, and regaining confidence in her movement. What’s been especially rewarding to see is how her posture, balance, technique and overall body awareness have developed.
