In Memory of General Choi Hong Hi
24th Anniversary of his passing (1918-2002)

Today we honour the Founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi. His dedication and teachings continue to inspire generations of practitioners worldwide.

To mark this day, we look back to 2017 when our instructor, Miss Amy Burgess, had the distinct honour of visiting his resting place in Pyongyang to pay her respects.

Through our continued dedication to the art, his legacy lives on

UK Open 🇬🇧 day 2

Fantastic effort from Adam today! A huge congratulations for his performance in patterns, taking home the gold with a solid Hwa Rang 👊

Warm ups for sparring were going smoothly however an unfortunate incident with divisions left Adam with no opponent to spar which was disappointing

Despite this, he worked hard and it showed. On to the next tournament, with the English in March 🔥
