UK Open 🇬🇧 day 2

Fantastic effort from Adam today! A huge congratulations for his performance in patterns, taking home the gold with a solid Hwa Rang 👊

Warm ups for sparring were going smoothly however an unfortunate incident with divisions left Adam with no opponent to spar which was disappointing

Despite this, he worked hard and it showed. On to the next tournament, with the English in March 🔥

Great class last night 🤩

We started the session with some padwork drills and fitness before moving onto patterns.

It was nice to see Mr Haynes V and Mr Harrold IV join us, making it a great opportunity for the black belts to run through all the patterns, from Chon-Ji to Se-Jong.

A special well done to our two white belts, who worked incredibly hard in what was mostly a black belt session 👊
