Happy New Year! 🎉

2020 has been undoubtably been a challenging year for us all, and although the beginning of 2021 continues to be testing I want to continue building an online community.

To start the year, I will be holding a FREE online class this Sunday for anyone who would like to join. Sunday 3 Jan 2021 at 10:00am, all levels are welcome 💝

& for all our wonderful NHS staff, classes will remain complimentary throughout 2021 💫

Over the past few weeks I have opened up to the world of online teaching. It makes me so happy to share with new friends, old friends & family that support me on this journey, and more so hearing they enjoy my classes!

Hello! My name is Laura, born in Devon, now living on the outskirts of London.
My passion for Pilates grew when focusing on my own health development. It took me a while but I am a fully qualified instructor slowly introducing classes online.
Pilates is a range of dynamic exercises, mainly focusing on the core along with strengthening muscles and flexibility. It truly is amazing the transformation it can bring to your body.

Class Announcement!!!

* Knowle Village Hall, Budleigh Salterton, EX9 6AP
- Wednesdays 9am
- Starting Wednesday 18th April 2018

* Christ Church Hall, 29 North Street, Exmouth, EX8 1JZ
- Mondays 6pm, Thursdays 7pm & Fridays 9am
- Starting Thursday 19th April 2018

Group classes are £7 per person with the 5th class FREE!!

I will still be offering one to one classes from the comfort of my home Pilates studio at £20 per person per private class.

All classes are 60 minutes. Equipment will be provided but if you wish to bring your own mat please do so.

Pre bookings are required for ALL classes which can be arranged by contacting myself directly via Facebook or email: [email protected]
Please note: bookings can only be made two weeks in advance.
