Help shape the future of Welsh Judo’s performance and pathway system.

The Welsh Judo Association is launching a comprehensive review of our Performance & Pathway system — and we want to hear from you.

This is about more than programmes and structures. It’s about building a shared vision for the future of Welsh Judo, creating the best possible environment for development, performance and long-term success.

Whether you’re an athlete, coach, parent, volunteer, official or club member, your experiences and insights matter and we want to learn:

What’s working well?
Where can we improve?
What would help the next generation of Welsh judoka thrive?

Over the coming weeks, there will be opportunities to get involved through surveys, discussions, interviews and engagement sessions.

We would encourage everyone to take part, share their experiences honestly, and play a role in shaping the future of our sport.

This World Judo Day, we’re celebrating what makes judo so special through the voices of our Welsh judokas, sharing their experiences and what being part of the judo family means to them. 🥋❤️
