Finishing the week strong & its absolutley LUSH to see Juliette Pound at class.

Years ago when Upavon Bootcamp ended I stopped training these ladies as it was so far away , but time has a habit of bringing people together and weve all found each other again but in a different phase of life

STRONG HER brings together strength, mobility, balance & flexibility 🩷 in three sections, offering a complete, well-rounded workout experience:
Developed for women Supporting peri/ menopause & beyond

1️⃣ Warm-up
We will do a gentle warm up
2️⃣ Walkfit based cardio and then a strength sections
A mix of strength and gentle aerobic exercises to build strength and support bone and muscle health. We will use bells/ bands / weights and bodyweight
3️⃣ Stretch:
A nourishing stretch & chat at the end

Class £7 per person
