Me & Zzazza are now back from Holiday & just a few issues need sorting ASAP first is making sure everyone scans their QR code on entry… if there is 2 or 3 of you turning up at the door Everyone must scan in, If we check CCTV & someone is in that hasn’t scanned, we will just be cancelling memberships, it only takes a few seconds on your app & it’s just lazy we need everyone accounted for so we know who’s in at all times. Second is leaving empty bottles around the Gym there’s plenty of bins around to put rubbish in, we don’t want to find rubbish laying about in the toilets or around the machines. Last is re racking your weights. Plates are just being left on machines & it’s not acceptable. This also will result in me cancelling memberships as it not only pi**es me off but other members also. Don’t be lazy if you’re loading the machine, make sure you unload it after!

Hi all, there has been an increase in all prices, unfortunately from June I am VAT registered so unfortunately didn’t have a choice in the matter! I will continue to improve the Gym as always and make sure it’s a great training facility for all members! Any new sign ups the prices have now changed, current members will take effect from June 1st an email will be sent to everyone also.
