Twizzles & threads (heels)
✨ This workshop will introduce you to new seamless pathways to help you glide between positions and master your fluidity. We will work on weight transfers, elements of beginner edge work and moving with precision in your flow

Basework (socks/barefoot)
✨take your tricks down to the ground! We’ll cover several transitions around the base of the pole including rolls, balances, and thread throughs before putting them together in sequence
