At Beach Box, sauna is a shared experience built on respect, awareness and connection.

🔥 SAUNA SUMMIT 2026 🔥

As soon as last week’s Brighton Sauna Festival drew to a close, we were straight onto the ‘s Sauna Summit. There, the sauna community was ready to continue industry-centric conversations.

At Brighton’s Corn Exchange, we joined sauna masters, builders, operators, saunapreneurs and thought leaders from across the UK sauna community.

Our co-founders, Liz Watson and Katie Bracher of & Bethany Wells, Founder of , opened the event with an introduction on how the UK sauna movement began. It was an inspiring series of personal stories that celebrated the power of women in business.

We spent the day listening, learning and connecting with the sauna professionals in the room. We left with plenty of ideas that we’ll be applying to our offerings.

Then came the 2026 Sauna Awards announcements, and we were thrilled to win the Best Rituals Programme award!! Our team pour their heart and souls into the rituals we offer at Beach Box, so this recognition means the world to us. Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for us 🙏. Your support is so appreciated.

Then, it was back to the festival site for a sauna industry after-party, doing what we do best: sauna and dancing 🔥 🌊.

Thank you, for hosting such an important event for our growing sauna community.

🌙 🌕 Our Moon Parties return this June in collaboration with for two evenings of sauna, ritual and connection.

There’s something so special about gathering beside the sea under the moonlight.

🌙 New Moon Party
Monday 15th June | 6.45–9.45pm

The New Moon symbolises fresh beginnings, reflection and intention setting. It’s the perfect time to slow down, reset and make space for new energy.

🍓 Strawberry Full Moon Party
Monday 29th June | 6.45–9.45pm

The strawberry moon marks harvest season for wild treats such as honey and berries. It represents abundance, growth and the arrival of summer in full bloom.

Expect guided sauna rituals from our Sauna Masters, revitalising leaf whisking, aromatherapy scents, sea air, moonlight and moments of deep exhale.

We’re excited to have our friends providing us with refreshing alcohol-free beers for a post-sauna treat.

The last week has been an absolute whirlwind! Our feet have barely touched the ground. The Brighton Sauna Festival and the Sauna Summit finished off with the Sauna Awards!

We are thrilled to announce that we won the Best Rituals Programme in this year's awards. Our team pour their hearts and souls into the extensive rituals we offer at Beach Box, so having this recognised by the industry means a great, great deal to us 🙏.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for us, especially our wonderful customers - you are the very best cheerleaders a business could ask for. We are always blown away by the support you give 🧡

Thank you to the British Sauna Society for your unwavering work and for making the UK sauna movement what it is today. The past week is a testament to how far the industry has come. It’s so much more than a wellness trend; sauna is a way of life that has infiltrated modern-day life.

Congratulations to the runners-up Soul Water Sauna in our category and all the winners, finalists and highly commended businesses.

The competition is fierce, but essentially, we are all here to help people enjoy and find power in the heat, as much as we do 🔥.

We will continue to evolve our rituals programme this year with events that nurture the body and mind further.
