A quick turn around job for a trade customer. The bite on the barrel was to steep and the gun was opening when firing. We added some material for the gunsmith to adjust accordingly.

Trade customer sent in a trigger group for adjustments. To much play in the trigger till it engaged with the sear. See the fix in the comments.

Repair time. A lock safety sear needed some added material so it could sit the right places. All sorted.

Unfortunately there's times when guns get a bit of damage while in production. A double rifle has just come in with a deep dent. So I've used our laser welder to in fill and then I made it off. Nice and clean

I had a gun come in that was light on the grip and forend was getting loose. So I used our in house laser welding machine to add a layer of material on the barrel grip and loop. Then we can fit as required. No heat distortion with laser welding, a great bit of kit.
A more affordable fix.
