Wow. What a day that was.

The room was packed with encouragement and people absolutely smashing it from start to finish. PBs were flying everywhere and the support everyone showed each other summed up exactly what this community is all about.

Seeing everyone push themselves and cheer each other on, is exactly why this gym exists in the first place. The community that’s been built here means more than I can put into words.

Thank you to every single person who’s walked through the doors this past year and helped shape the culture and atmosphere here. You all play a part in it.
