All smiles at Rise Community Gym today.

Another big milestone for Leigh as he is training with one of our personal trainers, as after a number of years following numerous ankle surgeries and knee injuries Leigh was finally able to get back on a bike and get moving on it.

Not just a weight loss journey for Leigh, it’s about being able to move more freely and feel 100% better in day to day life.

This week we have ran our first Teen camp! Tonight we had over 40 young men turn up, play an evening of sport including a bit of rugby as above who some haven’t played before.

All the time being fed with fantastic food each day by NEO Community - thanks to Edsential & Wirral Council for funding our first teen provision!
