Our team of fully qualified instructors genuinely care and take interest in all our m

The fully air-conditioned centre is extremely spacious, light and airy (8000 square feet) with a comprehensive range of equipment suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. The gym has four Olympic Lifting platforms, a full range of Pulse equipment with Treadmills , Concept II rowers, Cross Trainers, Ski Erg, Stairmaster, Assault Bike and a huge selection of free weights, bars, benches and functional training equipment. Along with great gym facilities, there is a Spin studio housing 21 Matrix spin cycles and a large multi-use studio where we hold a range of group exercise sessions including Pilates, Clubbacize, Yoga, HiiT, Bootcamp and kickboxing. Just a small selection of the 000's of photos I have of him being weird and annoying.
Often with too much hair because he used to cry when he had a haircut.😉

There's never a dull moment and I can't remember the last time he was awake AND quiet at the same time 🙈

Sadly what you all see (& hear!) at the gym is the way James is ALLLLL the time. 😩😩

The boss, the best mate, the mum, and the biggest d!ckhead.

Fortunately there is only 1 Jen. But without her, G4 certainly wouldn’t be what it is today… the energy, passion and love that she has is why G4 is the place it is. all the unnoticed work that you do every single day that goes under the radar to keep us all ticking, doesn’t go unappreciated!!

even at her ripe old age she still whoops all our asses into gear when someone hasn’t hoovered the landing or refilled the spray bottles. 🦉🦉

She’s going to hate that I’ve done this post and I’m sure she will find multiple spelling mistakes anyway. (James in charge of writing a paragraph 😬)

London Marathon Legends 🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏻‍➡️🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

Today was the culmination of months of training for 5 G4 members who ran 26.2 miles around London (and 1 who ran around Bideford) on the warmest day of the year so far.

Our very owSophie Hedden | PT & Online Fitness Coachpt finished her first ever marathon in 4:12:46 - minus a couple of toenails but still buzzing to get that medal 🏅

Soph's mum Nicky ran her 6th marathon finishing in 5:11:12. Running obviously, errr, runs in the genes 🧬

GeorgiGeorgina Bowers1o only got her place to run a couple of weeks ago so she did amazingly well to train in time and finish with a time of 5:54:42 🏅

Hannah Evans forgot to mention she was running the marathon so I only found out yesterday when her sister messaged me. 😅 She cruised home with a time of 4:32:22 😮‍💨 and got a photo with her sister Sophie who ran last year 🏅🏅

Jeremy Rowe took part in the Reverse London Marathon which started at 12:01am to run 26.2 miles through the night - for fun - absolute nutters! 😅

Last, but by no means least, LouisLouisels did the London Marathon My Way (basically running around Bideford on her own - no crowds to cheer her on) in 4 hrs 52 minutes beating last years time by 37.5 minutes! 🥳

You've all done yourselves proud! 🧡

Last September some of our G4 staff and members took part in a gruelling Triathlon over two days to raise money for a local charity, The Children’s Holiday Foundation.

It was a real challenge for everyone who took part.

110km Cycle (turns out Devon has lots of hills 😣)
Overnight in tiny tents (this may have been the worst part!)
2 mile Kayak 🛶
24 miles Coastal Path walk 🥾

James’s toenails (and soul) still haven’t recovered from the horrible coast path walk back from Tamar Lakes in torrential rain 😭😣

Martyn, Darren & Cam still have nightmares about Rob’s snoring 😴

Rob set an unofficial world record for cycling back and forth on the same bit of country lane in the middle of nowhere for 30 minutes when he lost signal for his phone & sat nav 🙈😂

Hopefully seeing this photo of the kids out in Florida right now enjoying the holiday of a lifetime with the money they raised makes all the blood, sweat and tears (yep there were actual tears!) worth it. 🧡

Our first G4 Family Camping Weekend is now available to book!

The lovely people at Wooda Farm Camping Park in Bude have agreed that we can all camp together in the Upper Meadow for the Friday 8th & Saturday 9th May.

This is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ site on the outskirts of Bude within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre.
It has fantastic facilities and stunning coastal views from the Upper Meadow where we will be staying. Only the best for G4ers! 😉

Irrespective of whether you have a tent, campervan, tent-box, motorhome or caravan you will be able to stay in the same field.

Electric hookups also available.⚡️
Dog friendly too 🐶

Booking is on a first come, first served basis.
