🚨 BERKELEY TOWN AFC – RESERVE TEAM MANAGER WANTED 🚨

Berkeley Town AFC are looking to appoint a Reserve Team Manager as part of an exciting new chapter at the club.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and ambitious individual to help relaunch and develop our Reserve Team structure, while working closely with the First Team management, Director of Football and wider football committee.

The successful applicant will play a key role in:
• Developing and supporting young players
• Creating a pathway into First Team football
• Working alongside the Director of Football to aid player development throughout the club
• Helping establish and maintain the new standards, ethos and culture now being built at Berkeley Town AFC
• Building a competitive, committed and hard-working squad environment

We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong man-management and communication skills
• Is passionate about player development
• Shares the club’s values and ambitions
• Wants to be part of a long-term rebuild and progression project

This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the future of a proud local football club with great facilities and a strong community spirit.
