Mainly TaeKwonDo (35 years) but also experience in Ju-Juitsu, Brazilian Ju-Juitsu, Karate, Thai Boxing, Judo, Hapkido & Aikido. I have represented Ireland at the highest level in TaeKwonDo at three WORLD Championships 2001, 2003 & 2005. Was a Boxing Champion for many years, winning Ulster Seniors in 2000.
