Team Extreme Ireland Korean Martial Art. Sport and Self Defence. I have 35years of Martial Arts experience. I have won various opens my most memorable win was the Brussels Open 2003.

Mainly TaeKwonDo (35 years) but also experience in Ju-Juitsu, Brazilian Ju-Juitsu, Karate, Thai Boxing, Judo, Hapkido & Aikido. I have represented Ireland at the highest level in TaeKwonDo at three WORLD Championships 2001, 2003 & 2005. Was a Boxing Champion for many years, winning Ulster Seniors in 2000. Also represented Ireland. I have had Mixed Martial Arts experience having fought in the cage

AKA the FIREBALL. I have worked in the security industry for this past 15 years and have been engaged in many situations. I am a very experienced person and would like to share my knowledge with you.
