A little HYW update 🤍

We’ve had a few changes to the sweat schedule come a little sooner than planned, as Niamh has officially started her maternity leave a few weeks early. 🍼

After teaching and sweating her way through almost her entire pregnancy, it’s time to swap the hot room for some much-needed rest, nesting and getting ready to welcome our littlest HYW member. 🥹🤍

But the sweat doesn’t stop — our gorgeous team are taking over the studio and keeping you moving 7 days a week while Niamh is off.

Bronagh will be covering Wednesday, Friday + Saturday & Eimear will be sweating with you all every Sunday until Niamh is back❤️‍🔥✨

Our updated schedule is live on the app now, so have a little look at the changes and get those classes booked. 🔥

We know Niamh is going to miss teaching you all SO much, but for now it’s time for her to put her feet up (or at least attempt to 👀) and enjoy these last few weeks before baby arrives.
