Mental health affects everyone, some can shake it off with an attitude of let’s get on with it, but not everyone is as fortunate as that…. Our minds are a very fragile thing and we can all get to dark places which seem to have no way out…… Always remember there is an out… Ards Su***de Awareness Group are one of many….dont be scared to talk and reach out.
This is why in memory of my daughter I will tackle a 24 hr Enduro, as many laps as possible in a 24 hr period and fund raise for this great cause of Su***de Awareness and prevention…. If our fund raising can help save one life…that life will save another….together we can bring hope.

4 months ago my family suffered our worst nightmare. The support I have recioeved from the off road biking community has been unbelievable and very humbling. It has also helped me through some dark times and for that I am eternally grateful.
To that end in memory of Regan I intend to ride the 24hr solo Dawn to Dusk Enduro in Wales on the 29th/30th August. Basically as many laps as I can in the 24hrs.
