d the love of pole in my hometown. I was hooked by my second class and there was no turning back, before I knew it I was down at my local pole studio 4 days a week. It's a time of my life I will always remember fondly, I made lifelong friends in those classes and achieved things I never thought I would. I hope you will love it as much as I do. I know it may feel a bit daunting coming to a pole class for the first time, but I promise you it will be fun! My classes are a friendly and no pressure environment where you can come and try something a bit different. Pole really is an excellent form of exercise, you'll build up your strength and flexibility and you won't even notice that you're getting some of that dreaded cardio in. No prior experience in dance or fitness is required, one thing I hear a lot is "I can't do a pole class I have no upper body strength" and to be honest with you this is a silly excuse! Where did this idea that you have to already be able to do something to start it come from! You aren't going to get any judgment for not being able to hold your body weight on a pole, I'm here to build you up from the beginning; one day you'll get there and it will be a moment worth celebrating!
