What does Vladimir mean when he says, “work inside the attack”?

In this class, he will teach how, instead of trying to stop a hold, you can fuse or blend with the opponent and then counter.

Study how to use subtle, smooth, and unexpected movements to go along with the close distance attacks. The work will be done standing and kneeling unarmed situations, without stances, and using unique arm and leg positions.

In this type of work, the goal is to avoid tying yourselves into the attack, but to go right into your opponent.
