HERE'S WHY YOU NEED TO HIT THE GROUND RUNNING WITH YOUR DIET â¨
This is the rule of thumb when it comes to fat loss: however much you think you have to lose, double it. And that's how much you actually have to lose.
Your heart might have dropped reading that, I know.
Especially when you consider that the first 2-3kg doesn't make much of a visible difference (even if it does of course make you FEEL much better).
That's also why you regain the same 2-3kg after you feel disheartened and abandon your diet for the fifth time this year.
Because until you can see the visual impact, it's a lot harder to keep going, isn't it?
Now, a coach will absolutely see changes in your physique week-by-week that are basically invisible to you (because you look at yourself every day in the mirror).
But once you start to see the results yourself? It becomes a lot easier to keep pushing on and finish the job, to find the grit and determination needed.
That's why so many people, like you, "fail" at dieting or pull out before they get to a life-changing result. And rebound back to the body they lived in before.
The structure and discipline needs to be there from the very beginning, to get to the visual changes in as quickly as possible and make sure you feel like you're progressing, like you're doing yourself proud.
