LONDON MARATHON 2026 🏃🏻‍♀️

Four of our members took on the challenge, running to raise money for some incredible charities, many of which are very close to home. You should all be so proud.

Finishing a race like this puts you among the top percentage of people who truly commit, train hard, and see it through!

Some incredible times achieved, massive well done to you all! 👏

MVP of the Month!

5K on the hour, every hour, for 24 hours straight!!

Huge shoutout to Dan for the incredible consistency he showed throughout the entire challenge, something truly unreal, and he made it happen. Everyone was in complete awe watching him push through. We’re waiting for his next monthly challenge 👀 Just incredible.

With 20K to go, members of the BL community headed down to support him through those final kilometres and celebrate crossing the finish line together.

An amazing achievement and an even better example of what determination and community support can do. 👏

Over 4 months of hard work from one of our group PT girls!  3 PT sessions a week, focused on resistance training, nourishing food, and zero unnecessary restrictions!

MEET THE TEAM

Hey, I’m Frankie.
I’ve been in the fitness game since 2017 and it’s been one hell of a ride.

In May 2021, I opened the doors to Body Lab Gym and since then.. it’s been everything I dreamed of and more. We’ve already moved twice to bigger locations, and there’s even more in the pipeline this year… I couldn’t be more excited for what’s coming.

Body Lab isn’t just a gym it’s a supportive, friendly, and safe space where different fitness levels & goals are welcome.

We’ve had so many amazing members join our journey and the community just keeps growing.

REINTRODUCING OUR INSTRUCTOR GRACE!

has been a part of the Body Lab team since May 2024 — she’s truly become part of the furniture (in the best way)!

Her passion for group classes shines through every session, and she brings an infectious energy that lifts the whole room.

Grace is making her mark across the gym, and we couldn’t be prouder to have her on the team. If you haven’t met her yet, make sure to jump into one of her classes!
