I was sitting by that waterfall and realized how I got red of many Samskaras and patterns that were holding me back. especially those linked to deep fear.

After many life tests I finally stood up for myself and my self worth not abandonnons myself felt so uncomfortable but with validation, so powerful ✨

What do you want to be ? ✨

It’s funny because I think “what do you want to be?” is a question we keep asking ourselves our whole life.

And maybe the beautiful part is that we get to become many versions of ourselves.
We get to change.
To experience.
To grow, heal, lose ourselves sometimes, and find ourselves again.
To know ourselves more deeply, and to understand others differently too.

Freedom has always been one of my deepest wishes.
And for me, freedom often looked like holidays, road trips, planes, oceans, and new places.

My life became filled with travel because, as a child, those were the only moments that felt peaceful and stable at home.
When we were by the ocean, everything felt calmer. Safer. Lighter.

So now, through my journey, I want to share a little bit of that feeling with you guys. 🌊

this is what i sayed 4 years ago …
isn’t weakness. It’s often the nervous system asking for safety after being in survival mode for too long.

And the hardest part?

You keep thinking the “down” will just magically be followed by the rise.

But healing isn’t only waiting for better days.

It’s understanding what your body has been carrying for years.

The exhaustion.

The numbness.

The overthinking.

The shutdowns.

The irritability.

The inflammation.

The brain fog.

The spiraling thoughts.

The dissociation.

Sometimes you feel like you’re watching your life from above, trying to understand yourself logically… but it doesn’t work because healing is not only mental.

Your body needs to come back into safety.

Your body needs to feel held again.

Survival mode doesn’t always look dramatic.

It’s often years of chronic stress silently building inside the body.

From toxic relationships.

Abusive dynamics.

Constant emotional pressure.

Always adapting.

Always bracing.

Always scanning for danger.

Your nervous system stays on edge for so long that the parts of you designed for connection, softness, joy, and presence slowly disconnect.

You feel like you can’t reach yourself anymore.

Not because your soul disappeared…

But because your system has been surviving for too long.
