Here’s everything you can do to learn how to Sn**ch in 1 session.
has trained for years but recently wanted to learn the Olympic lifts as she’s starting her journey into the CrossFit world.
She came with all the mobility and strength you need so this was about learning the skill.
First I taught her how to overhead squat and receive the bar with speed with a sn**ch balance.
After that it was time to break down the hang sn**ch through high pulls and lots of reps with the empty bar before finally adding weight and progressing to the floor.
What’s really important to note here is that throughout the whole process there’s small wins coupled with small failures but from every missed rep or miss grooved rep you learn something for the next one.
Weightlifting is a skill and a skill that takes years to get right and in most cases, you never stop learning.
