You’re out at dinner with another couple.

They seem so easy together.
Laughing. Being playful. He’s holding her hand under the table while she talks.

And something inside you goes quiet.

Because from where you’re sitting, their love looks obvious.
Like it just… fits.
No questioning.
No checking.
No trying so hard to figure out whether they’re truly right for each other.

And almost before you can stop it, your mind starts moving:
“Why doesn’t mine feel like that?”
“Why does loving him feel like more effort than this?”

And then comes the thought that knocks the air out of you every single time:
“If this were really it… wouldn’t it just feel natural?”

There wasn’t a fight.
No red flag.
Nothing actually “wrong.”
Just a quiet dinner.

And suddenly you’re no longer there anymore.

→ You’re not listening to the conversation.
→ You’re not tasting the wine.
→ You’re not noticing the warmth of his hand when he reaches for you across the table.
→ You’re inside your own head trying to figure out your relationship.

Trying to figure out yourself.

And when he does lean over to kiss your cheek or put his arm around you, another thought appears immediately:

“Did I naturally feel warmth just now?”
“Am I genuinely in love… or am I trying to convince myself that I am?”
And underneath all of it is the fear you can barely admit out loud:

What if I’m trying to make something work that isn’t actually real?
What if I’m forcing this?
What if the fact that it feels this hard to KNOW… is the answer?

And this is the part nobody talks about.
The way love becomes almost impossible to actually feel…
when every moment is being internally evaluated while it’s happening.

But what if this experience means something very different than what you’ve been terrified it means?

This is one of the deepest conversations we’re stepping into inside CERTAIN ✦

My live online event on June 3rd about doubt, certainty, and why healthy love can still feel so mentally loud.

Everyone keeps telling you to trust the doubt.

So you do.

You analyze your feelings.
You monitor your reactions.
You keep checking whether you feel “certain enough” yet.

Because you’re trying to protect yourself from making the wrong choice.

But what if the checking itself is part of the reason clarity keeps feeling so impossible to hold onto?

What if love was never meant to be experienced through constant evaluation?

THIS is why I created CERTAIN ✦

A live online event for the woman who:
– keeps questioning a relationship that’s already good
– feels trapped in the exhausting cycle of checking and analyzing her feelings
– and can’t seem to fully relax into love no matter how hard she tries to reach certainty

If this carousel felt deeply familiar…

And what you want more than anything is to feel certain in your relationship so the relentless questioning subsides…

this event was created for you.

He’s talking about the future.
Your future together.

And instead of simply listening… part of you immediately turns inward to check:

How did that make me feel?
Did I feel excited enough?
Certain enough?
Warm enough?
Or should I have felt more?

And regardless of the answer, the checking doesn’t stop there.

→ You replay the conversation later trying to figure out whether your reaction “meant something.”
→ You compare your relationship to other people’s relationships.
→ You look for reassurance in memories, feelings, tiny moments.

Trying to finally land on the certainty that will let you relax into love.

Because you’re just trying to make sure you don’t make the wrong choice.

You want this relationship to last.
You want to know this is your person.
You don’t want to wake up years from now realizing there was some sign you ignored.

So you keep checking now.

And everyone around you keeps reinforcing it:
“Trust the doubt.”
“If you were truly in love, you would just know.”

So every uncertain feeling starts carrying enormous weight.

Every emotional fluctuation feels important.
Every moment of doubt feels like something you need to solve immediately.

But certainty does not come from repeatedly checking whether you still feel in love.

In fact, the checking itself may be the very thing making clarity impossible.

Because you cannot feel connected to love while constantly trying to measure it.

And eventually, you don’t even know what’s real anymore…
only what you’ve analyzed.

This is the part nobody talks about.

So I’m bringing it into a conversation inside CERTAIN ✦

There was a time in my life when I genuinely thought:

“If I’m questioning this much… something must be wrong.”

Because that’s what most of us are taught about love.

That if he were truly right for you, you would just know.
That doubt must mean something.
That healthy love should feel obvious all the time.

But what nobody talks about is the woman sitting inside a genuinely good relationship…
quietly spiraling because she cannot stop asking herself:
“Do I love him enough?”

Not because he’s toxic.
Not because something huge is missing.

But because the closer love gets to becoming real — commitment, permanence, future — the louder the questioning becomes.

This is the conversation I wish existed years ago.

And it’s exactly why I created CERTAIN.

A live event for the woman who feels exhausted by the constant checking, questioning, analyzing, and trying to finally feel “sure enough.”

Not another conversation about whether you should stay or leave.
A different conversation entirely.

One that explores:
✧ why certainty has felt so impossible to hold onto
✧ why the spiral keeps returning even in healthy love
✧ and why doubt may not mean what you’ve been afraid it means

I wanted this to be something women could say yes to easily, which is why the event is just 8.88€.

If this post felt uncomfortably familiar…
you’re probably exactly who this room was created for.

Everyone keeps telling you that if you’re doubting the relationship this much… something must be wrong.

That if he were truly right for you, you would just know.

So now every moment of uncertainty feels loaded.
Every doubt feels like evidence.
Every question feels like a warning sign.

And instead of actually experiencing the relationship, you’re constantly trying to measure whether you feel “certain enough” to trust it.

But what if the problem isn’t that you don’t love him enough?

What if the real problem is that you’ve started believing certainty is the thing that protects you from making the wrong choice?

THAT is the conversation we’re having inside CERTAIN
a live online event about doubt, certainty, and why healthy love can still feel so mentally loud.

Not another conversation about whether you should stay or leave.

But a space to finally understand:
– why the spiral keeps returning
– why certainty has felt so impossible to hold onto
– and why constantly analyzing the relationship is actually pulling you further away from clarity

Because the woman who can finally rest inside love is not the woman who eliminated every doubt.

It’s the woman who no longer treats every moment of uncertainty like proof the relationship is wrong.

If this carousel hit something deep in you…
CERTAIN was created for this exact experience.

You’re sitting across from him at dinner… a man who loves you well…

And instead of simply being in the moment, you’re internally measuring whether you feel enough.

“Did I feel enough when he said that sweet thing?”
“He’s talking about the future… and I still don’t know if I can confidently say yes.”
“How can I be sure I’m not forcing this?”

And underneath all of it is the question you can’t seem to quiet:
“Do I love him enough?”

Most people will tell you that if you’re questioning this much, something must be wrong.
That if he were truly right for you, you would just know.

So every moment of doubt starts feeling like evidence.
Proof that something must be missing.

But what if the problem isn’t that you don’t love him enough?

What if the real problem is that you’ve started believing you need to feel absolutely certain before it’s safe to fully choose love?

Because once certainty becomes the thing you’re chasing…
Every feeling gets monitored.
Every moment gets analyzed.
Every doubt starts feeling like proof.

And the constant checking that’s supposed to help you find clarity…
actually pulls you further away from your real feelings.

Because love feels very different when every moment of uncertainty stops meaning:
“This relationship must be wrong.”

The woman who can finally relax into love is not the woman who found perfect certainty.

It’s the woman who no longer needs every feeling to guarantee her future before she allows herself to fully be in the relationship that’s already here.

This is the conversation about relationships, doubt, and commitment that almost nobody is having in this way.

So this is the conversation we’re having inside CERTAIN.
A live online event I’m hosting on June 3rd.
