Most people try to change their lives without changing the foundation they were built on.
The truth is that much of who we are today was shaped unconsciously during childhood.
Inside of us, there is often an Inner Child carrying emotional patterns and survival strategies, and an Inner Adult trying to navigate life consciously.
The problem?
These two parts are often in conflict.
One part wants confidence.
Another part wants safety.
One part wants growth.
Another part wants to avoid pain.
This inner conflict is what creates overthinking, self-sabotage, emotional reactivity, procrastination, and feeling stuck.
In this video, I explain how the relationship between the Inner Child and the Inner Adult shapes your emotions, decisions, relationships, and overall quality of life.
Because real transformation doesn't happen when you fight yourself.
It happens when the parts of you that have been in conflict finally learn to work together.
