We now know who will be the Jury President of the Bocuse d’Or Americas… and this face might already look familiar to you. 😉

After representing Team USA at the Bocuse d’Or 2025 Grand Final in Lyon, following her victory at the Americas Selection, now returns to the competition in a new role: Jury President of the Bocuse d’Or Americas in New Orleans. 🔥

A California native, Stefani De Palma rose through the ranks at Addison in San Diego, becoming chef in 2016 and contributing to the restaurant’s third Michelin star in 2022. She now continues her culinary journey in Napa Valley.

See you on July 26 in New Orleans at 📍

The Plate Theme for Bocuse d'Or Americas 2026 has been unveiled.

On July 26 in New Orleans, the Teams will have to create a hot dish for 14 guests featuring four official products:

- Bone-in ribeye
- Brisket
- Sweet potatoes
- Coffee beans from their country

The challenge will highlight technique, precision and the culinary identity of each team.
