I've just published a new blog and, if I'm honest, it's probably one of the most important things I've written in a long time.
Over the last few months I've done a lot of reflecting on who I am, what I stand for and where I want to take GLC moving forward. Many of you have noticed that my content has started to change and that's because I've changed. Like many of the people I work with, I've been through my own period of growth and evolution.
As a result, some members have decided to move on and that's completely okay. I'm genuinely grateful to every single person who has been part of the journey because every chapter has played a role in getting us to where we are today. The reality is that not everyone is meant to stay for every stage of your growth and I've learnt to be at peace with that.
What excites me is the space that creates for what's coming next. The vision for GLC is bigger than it's ever been. Whilst fitness will always remain part of what we do, my passion has expanded into helping people create change across every area of their lives. Confidence, mindset, habits, energy, lifestyle, purpose and personal growth are all things I find myself coaching people through every single week.
The people who have stayed with me, supported me and trusted me through the changes are going to see the benefits of that loyalty. There are exciting things happening behind the scenes already and I'm working on new coaching opportunities, new experiences, fresh content and a much stronger community experience. I genuinely believe the best days of GLC are still ahead of us.
I've shared more about that journey and why my work has evolved in my latest blog. If you've ever wondered where my head is at, where GLC is heading or why things feel a little different these days, I'd love you to have a read.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for growing with me. And thank you for being part of this next chapter.

If you've followed me for a while, you've probably noticed that my content has changed quite a bit over the last few years. When I first started in the fitness industry, my focus was very clear. I wanted to help people get fitter, lose weight, build confidence and create healthier habits. I absolute...
