Every surf session starts before we even touch the water. This is our surfing warm-up routine is designed to improve performance in the lineup and prevent injuries.
A proper surf warm up increases paddling power, pop-up speed, stability on the board and overall wave control.
Whether you’re a beginner surfer learning your first takeoff or an experienced rider chasing bigger waves, surf training on land makes a difference in the ocean.
We train together, we surf together, we push each other to get better every session.
